When a guest makes a booking through Fareharbor, Rezdy, WaveRez etc, they will be sent a PreArrival email with their waiver. The guest will then be able to complete and submit a waiver before the date of their activity.
If a guest cancels that booking after completing their waiver, they will be removed from receiving a follow up email. HOWEVER, the guest will appear in the "View Queue" under "Upcoming entries that will be processed soon" with the follow up email automation there. Once the time comes to send the follow up email, our system will recognize the booking has been cancelled. The follow up email will be deleted and not sent to any guest with a cancelled booking.
To confirm a follow up email was automatically deleted, you will be able to check the "View Queue" under "Already Processed Entries". Under "Processed Result" you will see "Invalidated and Removed on update of Booking" or ""Guest Status: Deleted Not Allowed". This allows you to confirm a follow up email was deleted for a cancelled booking.
