After a guest has submitted a waiver, a staff member can add a signature to that waiver from the Wherewolf Dashboard.
On the Dashboard, there is button "Change Your Signatures":
After clicking on "Change Your Signatures", staff will be able to add their signature along with their name by clicking "Add New Signature". First, staff will sign their signature then type their name. Once the signature is saved, you will see it under "Manage Signatures". Staff are able to add multiple signatures for different people.
Note: You will be able to delete signatures at any point by hitting "Delete" under the signature you wish to delete.
After staff signatures have been saved, you will then be able to add them to a guest's waiver. In the Daily Manifest, there will be a new column titled "Operator Signature".
When this column is clicked, the guest's waiver is displayed. You will be able to select the staff member's signature you want to add to this waiver. There is a dropdown, "Please select a signature" where the staff member can select their signature.
Once the staff member's signature is selected, hit "Sign". This will add that signature to the guest's waiver and update the Operator Signed Column.
This staff signature will also be visible in the Active and Search manifests. The signature will also be displayed in "View Record" of the guest's waiver and in the PDF version of the waiver.
Note: Signatures will only save for a USER. Only a specific user can update, delete and manage their own signatures. Example: User John Doe can update, add, delete and sign waivers with his signature. Jane Doe has a separate login from John, so she can only add her signatures to waivers.
Wherewolf users who have this feature enabled should ensure that nobody else can access their log-in credentials and signatures.
Note: Once a staff member has added their signature, the Operator Signature can not be updated or deleted. If a staff member's signature is deleted from "Change Your Signatures", it will still be visible on any guests' waivers that the signature was added to.
Note: This feature should not be used alongside the operator signature page on the iPad app.
