After a guest has submitted a waiver, a staff member can add their signature to that waiver from the Wherewolf Dashboard to validate or verify that document. This is our Co-Sign Feature.
Each user creates their own signatures to be added to a guest waiver. This has to be done individually to each guest record to protect the legal validity of your waivers. It cannot be applied automatically.
How to create your signature:
1) On your Dashboard, find "Change Your Signatures" under Settings.
Here, users will be able to add their signature by clicking "Add New Signature".
Note: Signatures will only save for a user. Only that specific user can update, delete and manage their own signatures.
Wherewolf users who have this feature enabled should ensure that nobody else can access their log-in credentials and signatures.
2) Now sign your signature and type your name. You're able to add multiple signatures, and these can be deleted at any point by hitting "Delete" under the signature you wish to delete.
After staff signatures have been saved, you will then be able to add them to a guest's waiver.
How to add signatures to a guest waiver:
1) In the Daily Manifest, there will be a new column titled "Operator Signature".
When this column is clicked, the guest's waiver is displayed.
2) You will be able to select the staff member's signature you want to add to this waiver.
Use the dropdown "Please select a signature" to select from a list of your available signatures, and apply the chosen option by clicking "Sign" beside it.
This will add that signature to the guest's waiver and update the Operator Signed Column.
This staff signature will also be visible in the Daily and Search manifests; as well as the Guest Record and Waiver PDF. It'll look a little like this on the manifest:
Note: Once a staff member has added their signature, the Operator Signature can not be updated or deleted. If a staff member's signature is deleted from "Change Your Signatures", it will still be visible on any guests' waivers that the signature was added to.
