When a Wherewolf Support staff member has made changes to your arrival app waiver form, they are making configuration changes that will need to be synced to your Wherewolf app before you are able to view those changes.
To update your app with the latest changes you can follow these instructions:

Ensure the iPad has enough battery (or is plugged in) to last the duration of these instructions (approximately 15-20 minutes).

Ensure the iPad is connected to Wi-Fi and has a working internet connection.

Ensure the internet connection is strong (sufficient for the app changes to be downloaded).

Open the Wherewolf app (or leave it open), letting it remain open and running for approximately 15 minutes. During this time the app should automatically download the configuration changes in the background (enabling the changes to be ready the next time the app is relaunched)

Ensure all guest records have been successfully uploaded. This is indicated by the cloud icon situated top right in the app, displaying a green tick (checkmark). IMPORTANT: If numbers are displayed then there are guest waivers still pending to upload, please wait for this to change to a tick. If the waivers (represented by numbers) do not clear after some time then please contact Wherewolf Support before continuing with these steps.

Double click the iPad ‘Home’ button (the physical round button on the iPad).

Completely close the Wherewolf app by swiping the app's thumbnail off the screen.

Relaunch the app by clicking on the Wherewolf Arrival App Icon.

Login and check that the most recent changes have been updated and work correctly.
If you have followed these steps and the changes are still not present, please contact the support person you have been dealing with by replying to your open ticket.
