Wherewolf can send a follow-up email after your guests' experience to encourage reviews or social media engagement.
You are able to edit your Follow Up Email and Confirmation Email in the Wherewolf Assistant Dashboard.
Once logged in, click on "Settings" then "Emails".
You are then able to select which email you would like to edit: Follow Up or Reminder.
Make any edits to your email that you would like! You are able to add review links or social media links and update the verbiage to your liking.
Testing your new email:
Once you have updated your email contents, you are able to test the email before saving it. In the top right corner there is a "Test" button. This will send your new follow up email to the main email address for your account.
If you no longer want to have an email turned on, you can turn the "Active" button off to disable the email.
When you are happy with your new email, don't forget to hit Save!
