Why does the app need storage space:
Whilst the Wherewolf 'Arrival App' (running on iPad/iOS) App will upload the waivers when it has connectivity to the internet there is a requirement for it to save waivers locally should connectivity be lost. This requires the device to have sufficient spare storage to save guest waivers locally.
Error messages:
When starting the Arrival app it will detect the remaining available storage on the device and if this is insufficient to store the waivers and alert the user with the following message:
"You do not have enough free storage space to use Wherewolf"
Resolving the issue:
In order to remove the error message you must first exit the app and make sure there is sufficient space on the iPad.
- Open the Settings tab
- Select General
- Select iPad Storage
- Review the usage and maximum capacity and delete apps or other data that you no longer need on the device to create some free space for the app to use.
- Once you have made sufficient space on the device you can reload the app and the message will be cleared
