Uploading Before & After Photos

Before & After Photos allow you to make comparisons; for instance before some equipment or a vehicle is rented, and after it is returned.

With the 'Before & After Photos' feature, your team can immediately add a series of photos to the guests waiver document.

Note (20/07/2023):

At this point in time the Before & After Photos feature is in beta release and so may include issues or limitations that require further development.

In order to use this feature you must first contact the Wherewolf Support team and ask to be included in the beta trial, following which we will identify if the feature is suitable for use with your app and  configure the setup so it is visible in your dashboard.

How to upload before and after photos to waivers:

Step 1 - Navigate to the Daily manifest in your dashboard

Step 2 - Click into the relevant Before/After Photo column for the guest that you wish to edit

Step 3 - In the upload window enter a title to caption the image/s you intend to upload

Step 4 - Click the LEFT + icon and select/upload a BEFORE image from your device (notice how the image has a 'before' label positioned top left).

Note: if you wish to add other BEFORE images at this stage then click the '+ ADD NEW PAIR' button to add additional images

Step 5 - After you have uploaded all the BEFORE images to the waiver you must click the 'SAVE' button to save these to the waiver

Step 6 - Once the rental item has been returned you can repeat steps 1, 2, 3 and use the RIGHT + icon to add the AFTER images, then remember to click SAVE

 

Other Features:

• Images can be downloaded individually using the ↓ (down arrow icon)
• Images can be deleted using the ⦻ (cross icon)
