You and your team can upload a guest's ID, documentation, accreditation, and more, to their waiver. File uploads can be done through the Wherewolf Dashboard.
How to Upload a File to a Guest's Waiver:
First, you need the file to exist on your device! Take an image or scan the file (e.g., a guest's Driver's License or Passport Picture) and saved that image to the device you are uploading the ID from.
1) Open at your Wherewolf Dashboard and find the guest's waiver – either under the "Daily View" or "Search Guests". Once you have found the guest's waiver, click on "More" to open their full waiver form details.
3) Scroll down until you see "Photo - Guest" and "Photo - ID" under the guest's signature.
4) Click "Select File" to select and upload the guest's ID from your device, and use the purple "Update" button on the bottom of the page to save the ID to the guest's record.
You can confirm the ID saved by clicking "View Record" or Downloading the guest's waiver as a PDF.
The ID will now show any time you pull up this guest's waiver!
