Are waivers not displaying in your booking system? There could be a few reasons why.
Some Wherewolf reservation partners will show your guests' waivers in their dashboards or manifest tools. These reservation partners are:
- FareHarbor
- Xola
- Waveres
This list is always growing! If you have an integration using one of the above systems, then we can share your guest waivers with your reservation system and have them displayed with the booking.
If your reservation system is not listed, they do not offer waiver manifesting.
Wherewolf waivers are exclusively visible on your Wherewolf manifest.
If your guests are not showing up with their bookings, you can use the following troubleshooting guide to identify the issue:
- Check the "Search Bookings" function on your dashboard and look up a booking with missing waivers.
If the booking is not there, then we have not received the booking data from your reservation system. - Using that same "Search Bookings" function, check the "Automations".
The "Automations" column should show the waiver emails or SMS we've sent – if there is nothing there, then the waivers haven't been sent to that booking. If you can see the emails or SMS then we know that the waiver link was sent, so we can rule that out! - Next, check the "Guests" column of that booking on the same page. It will show the names of the booking participants.
If there are no names then nobody has completed a waiver yet. You can send a reminder email by clicking on the automation in the booking row, or you may wish to contact the group. If nobody has done a waiver then nothing will be showing in your reservation system. But, if you do see names there, then we know that is not the problem either. - The last place you can troubleshoot is your "Automated Queue", which shows us what emails/SMS/records your Wherewolf account has sent lately. You can search for the guests of this booking here.
If they have been sent to your reservation system, the guests will show up here with an "Automation Type" of "Reservation 2-way". If they don't show up here, then we may not have sent that record to your reservation system for some reason. Our team will be able to investigate this further for you!
If the guest record does appear here, then we have sent the waiver to your reservation system.
This means there may be a setting in your reservation system that needs addressing and you should raise this with your reservation software support team.
