If your app is using an integrated reservation system, Wherewolf can send reminders to your guests to ensure the maximum amount of waivers are completed in advance.
If the reservation is missing waivers and the booking date is getting closer, we can send reminders.
You'd usually start with the pre-arrival waiver email – read more about that here. Commonly, this is configured to send either at the time of booking, or 7 days prior to the onsite arrival.
But if it's the day before a scuba expedition and a group of 5 guests only has 3 waivers completed, then you want those last two guests to do their waivers! Getting people into wetsuits and fins takes up enough time at the dock!
In this scenario, you can additionally request a reminder waiver email.
This reminder email can contain different text than the initial email, and it will be sent if the number of waivers is less than the number of participants, at the time of your choosing (e.g., a day before, or a week before, the experience).
A separate reminder SMS can also be triggered for any time before the trip. Read more about our SMS feature here.
We can only trigger one email reminder and one SMS per account, totalling 3 waiver automations.
If a guest has ignored two emails, a third will have very diminishing returns for the goal of getting guests to sign waivers - but has a massive increase of how the various spam filters see the engagement of these emails!
