If you have vital information missing from your FareHarbor manifest, Wherewolf may be able to help you by using FareHarbor's Combined Notes.
FareHarbor currently has fields for the following guest information:
- Name
- Age
- Email address
- Waiver Status
Wherewolf recognises that many operators need more information than this – details like height and weight, or if the guest knows how to swim.
While FareHarbor cannot support the wide range of fields each operator may need, the Combined Notes field for the booking can act as a catch-all. Wherewolf can send guest information to this field for operators to view from their FareHarbor booking overview page. We can see in this example that the genders and countries of origin for each guest have been communicated to the booking.
How can I set this up?
This is a custom field and must be configured by a Wherewolf support team member. You can open a support ticket with us and explain which guest information should be shared with FareHarbor.
Can I show any waiver details here?
We can add any text fields here – this means photos, images, and signatures are not possible to share. Only question responses that use plain text will be displayed.
Can I have multiple the Combined Notes fields on my FareHarbor manifest?
Wherewolf does not maintain or manage this field. FareHarbor manages the fields available for each guest. It's a single note per waiver – you can have multiple pieces of information from each waiver, but they will be altogether. Wherewolf cannot apply any formatting, etc.
Does Wherewolf have more detailed guest manifests?
Absolutely. Our waiver app has in-app manifesting by name and booking, and our dashboard suite includes a daily manifest overview of all information which operators can filter, arrange, and manage their guests from.
