Wherewolf's Arrival App has been replaced by the Waiver App. Follow these steps to update your software.
All customers must update their app to avoid service disruption.
Step One: Confirming Accessibility
You must have your account upgraded to access the new app.
If you have not received a notification that your account has been upgraded, please contact our support team and request this.
Step Two: Downloading The Waiver App
The Waiver App can be downloaded from the App Store or Play Store. Click on these links or search "Wherewolf Waiver App" to find and download the app to your device.
You can download this to phones or tablets. We recommend downloading it to all your current check-in iPads, and you can additionally ensure any trusted staff have access from their own devices.
Step Three: Testing The Waiver App
The new waiver app comes with exciting new features; this guide will help you test the new waiver app and navigate the new tools.
Step Four: Decommissioning The Arrival App
Now that you have tested the new waiver app and you're comfortable with the services, you must decommission your arrival app for all iPads onsite and confirm with our team when this is complete.
- Open the app in wi-fi and check that all waivers have synced with your database. Any unsynced waivers may be lost.
- Then, uninstall the arrival app from the iPad.
