What is Guest Mode?

Your waiver app comes with Guest Mode, the kiosk waiver app your guests can interact with to complete waivers and sign in. 

Guest mode is perfect for operators who want guests to independently complete waivers onsite.

This might be:

• Front desks with high volumes of arrivals.
• Guides that pick up multiple booked groups for a single tour, and ask them to complete the waivers in the van while they travel to their destination. 

How to get to Guest Mode:

Your waiver app will open in Operator Mode first.

This is for you and your staff, not for guests, so we need to navigate to Guest Mode before making the app available to your guests. 

After applying any guest defaults (if relevant), find your Forms and launch your Arrival Form.

 

This opens Guest Mode. 

You can leave it in Guest Mode for guests to start their waiver and sign themselves in, with or without wifi!

The Waiver App will connect guest waivers to their reservations.

To return to Operator Mode, just click the menu icon at the top-left of the screen and enter your 4 digit passcode.
