Wherewolf's Waiver app allows guests to find waivers related to their bookings onsite, there are multiple ways in which the guests can find their booking.
By default, your guests can use the app to:
- Search for their waivers using their booking reservation ID, or
- Use the Waiver app to scan the waiver QR Code they were sent in their waiver link email
Important: The display of personal data on devices in a public setting are required to conform with personal data privacy regulations. These default solutions have been designed to align with industry best-practice and comply with data privacy laws around the world.
Alternate Solutions:
Whilst our default search booking solutions obscure guests names from the public domain we understand that having a booking ID or finding a waiver link email can cause some guests to struggle when accessing their waiver onsite. That said we have provided some alternate search options that can be configured upon your request.
Note: It's important to consider whether these features provide you with liability security, as it's possible that these solution may allow guests to access bookings/waivers of other guests.
Booking Name Search:
With this option, guests can search for their booking by entering the names or email addresses of their lead booker.
This will return any matching bookings for these details, so the guest can sign in under that group.
Booking Directory Display:
This option does not require a search field, it simply displays all bookings coming up for that day. Guests can click on the Magnifying Glass icon to search for their booking, or they can "Sort" the list alphabetically.
Guests scroll through the list of bookings and select the group they wish to sign in under.
