Bookeo: How To Connect Bookeo with Wherewolf

 

Bookeo offers a full stack of booking and reservation systems tailored to suit all types of businesses. Bookeo streamlines client scheduling, processes bookings and payments, sends automatic reminders, and markets your business.

The Wherewolf/ Bookeo Integration:

When a booking is made online, this data is shared with your Wherewolf waiver app. The information is used to configure a waiver specifically for that group – pre-built with the correct dates, activities, waiver terms, and pax. 

If you are using our pre-arrival waivers, these will be sent at the time chosen by you. You can check on these automated waivers and the group's progress by using the Search Bookings button on your dashboard.

If you're also using our waiver app, your guests can sign in effortlessly on the day. You can see your daily bookings and check completed waivers from Operator Mode, or switch to collecting waivers in Guest Mode. 

How To Integrate Wherewolf and Bookeo:

1. First, head to your to Wherewolf Dashboard
2. Find Integrations, under Settings, then click: Bookeo
3. You'll be redirected to Bookeo's Website (log in if required)
4. From here, click "Authorize"; this allows Wherewolf to access the data in your reservations system
5. You'll be redirected back to Wherewolf
6. Reach out to our support team and ask them to finalize the integration

What To Do Before Launching Your Integrated Waiver Emails:

1. Check your activities are correct and have the correct waivers
2. Check that your pax numbers are correct (this is important if you do private group bookings, or venues/rentals)
3. Ensure your team are comfortable with the waiver process, and know what to expect
4. Once all the above is approved, confirm with our support team that you want your pre-arrival waiver emails turned on. They will not complete this step without your approval
