When a waiver is completed, certain pieces of guest information are extracted and sent to your YonderHQ database.
From YonderHQ, operators can request reviews, feedback, initiate surveys, and more!
How To Integrate Wherewolf and Yonder HQ:
- First, gather your Wherewolf App ID. Read this guide on how to find your App ID.
- Head to YonderHQ and enter the App ID under Wherewolf. You can find this in your Integrations, under Settings here
- Contact the Wherewolf Support team and tell them exactly what fields you'd like shared to your YonderHQ database – for example; Name, Activity/Product, Date of Visit, Email Address, Phone Number, Booking ID, Where The Guest Heard About You.
What To Consider Before Launching Your Integration:
You're responsible for your guest data, including where it's shared and for what purpose. Consider your campaigns to make sure you have the most useful data while protecting your guest's privacy.
