Fotaflo: How To Connect Fotaflo with Wherewolf

The Wherewolf/ Fotaflo Integration:

When a waiver is completed, certain pieces of guest information are extracted and sent to your Fotaflo database. 

From Fotaflo, operators can automatically send tour photos and videos to customers, using the information gathered in their Wherewolf digital waiver.

How To Integrate Wherewolf and Fotaflo:

1. Fotaflo users can set this up themselves by following these instructions. For this, you may require your Wherewolf App ID. Read this guide on how to find your App ID. 
2. Alternatively, email the Fotaflo Support team and ask for them to set up the integration for you.
3. Fotaflo will contact the Wherewolf Support team, and give you the opportunity to share exactly what fields you'd like shared to your Fotaflo database – for example; Name, Date of Birth, Activity/Product, Date of Visit, Email Address, Phone Number, Booking ID, Where The Guest Heard About You.
