What does the "Search Bookings" tab do?

Use this tab to immediately find your reservation system's bookings and view their completed waivers, the emails and SMS we've sent, and an overview of their booking data.

Enter the booking you wish to retrieve into the Search field; either by name, email or booking ID

You'll see any matching bookings are returned. The details include:

• The booking time and date
• An overview of pax and contact information
• The names of any guests who have completed waivers
• A link to their waiver, including a QR Code you can launch for guests to scan onsite
• An overview of the communications we've sent to that booking, such as pre-arrival SMS and emails. Tip - clicking on those rows will send another reminder!
