How can I share a waiver QR Code with my booked guests on-site?

You can find each booking's waiver QR Code on the Waiver App!

Your reservations can arrive onsite and complete waivers from their own devices, with the correct booking data.

When guests arrive on-site without their waiver link, it can be challenging to ask them to search their emails to find the link – or ask other guests in the same booking to re-share the link with them. That's why we've added a QR Code to each booking's waiver on your app. Now, your guests can scan your app screen and open their waiver from their own phone!

How to share a waiver using the Booking QR Code: 

You can find a booking's waiver QR Code on the Waiver App. 

1. Open the Waiver App in operator mode (on the operators device)
2. Open the Daily Overview, and toggle to the Bookings tab
3. Select the booking you wish to sign waivers

 

4. The next page is your Booking Guest List page – look for the 'Booking Actions' menu and click here.

5. Here, you can select the 'View booking QR code' option

6. Display the Booking QR code on your device for that group to scan – this will launch the waiver on their device!

Additional notes:

• Your guests can use their own device/s to scan the QR code using the camera app (if supported), or QR code reader.
• Multiple guests from the same booking can scan this QR code at the same time, greatly speeding up the sharing and simultaneous completion of waivers for larger groups!
• The app will direct your guest to open the waiver by launching the 'select name' page for the relevant booking.
