How to update the Waiver App version

When new features or improvements to the Wavier App have been released you may be required to update your app before their benefits can be seen.

You can check your waiver app version and if available update to the latest version following these steps:

How to?

1. Open the waiver app and login to your account

2. Ensure the device you are using is connected to a strong internet connection.

You can check this by clicking on the cloud icon which will open the network status window, which will provide a summary of your connection status ie 'Online'.

3.  Open the menu but clicking on the 'menu' icon top left

 

4. From the menu option select 'Info & Settings'

 

5. If there is an update pending then you will see the following green banner presented by the version

6. Follow the onscreen instructions to restart the app which will update the app to the latest version. 

Note: If you do not see the 'update available' banner then either there is no new version currently available or the app has not yet downloaded the newest version (leave the app open and ensure there is a good internet connection and the update will download, then follow the onscreen instructions)

7. Following a restart you can retrace steps 1 to 4 to check the App Version has increased.

8. You will need to complete these steps across all of the devices where you have the app installed.
