How do I allocate sites to my guests?

If you have multiple departure sites or locations for the same operation, you can track these in Wherewolf. We can also use this to filter activities to specific locations.

You may have a tour (or tours) that could each leave from a few different locations.

When using the app, your staff can select the appropriate site from their User Defaults so that site is applied to your guest waivers. 

You also have the ability to associate activities to certain sites automatically.

For example, your biking tours all leave from one location, but your kayaking tours leave from another.

When this is applied, guests of those specific activities will be automatically assigned to the correct location.

If these sites have separate reservation systems, they will need separate Wherewolf apps.

Your sites are a large part of your Wherewolf software and must be configured or updated by our developers.
