Your "activities" are the various tours or experiences you offer your guests, sometimes called "items" or "products" in a reservation system.
Each activity has it's own set of waiver terms, and you can use the filtering tools to filter by certain activities and create specific manifests.
There are various ways to allocate guests to your activities.
If you have a booking software integration:
Your pre-booked guests will be automatically allocated to the activity/ies on their booking and will see the waiver you've set up for that particular activity.
In the screenshot below, we can see our guest has booked for the "Jet Ski Safari"; the guest doesn't need to do anything.

Guests without a booking will follow one of the following steps:
1) Staff select from the Waiver App
Your User Defaults panel allows your staff to pre-select an activity on the app.
This activity will be applied to all subsequent guests – guests will not select their own activity, ideal if you gather waivers onsite from groups of the same activity. You can also use the filtering tools on the app to create specific manifests for each tour.
2) Guest self-selects their activity during the waiver process
If you have multiple activities at the same time, or your team will not be available to select the activity on behalf of your guests, then the guest can be asked to select their activity. Your activities would be displayed on the waiver for your guests to choose from.
3) Staff assign an activity from the manifest
If all of your activities have the exact same waiver, your guests can complete their waivers without an activity assigned. You can assign an activity from the staff-facing dashboard after the waiver is completed (this is only suitable if your waiver doesn't vary between activities).
The purple Activity dropdown filter will curate specific manifests to each tour.
