An “Automation” is the automatic action we take on your behalf.
This can be:
- Sending of the pre-arrival webform, triggered by a reservation alert from your integration.
- Sending pre-arrival email and/or SMS reminders to your guests.
- Sending email confirmation to your guests of completed waivers.
- Sending your follow-up email, which is triggered by a guest checking in on-site via the iPad.
You can check the individual automations for each guest by opening their guest record.
You can check the automations for each booking by using the Search Bookings tool.
