What are Wherewolf Automations?

An “Automation” is the automatic action we take on your behalf.

This can be:

• Sending of the pre-arrival webform, triggered by a reservation alert from your integration.
• Sending pre-arrival email and/or SMS reminders to your guests.
• Sending email confirmation to your guests of completed waivers.
• Sending your follow-up email, which is triggered by a guest checking in on-site via the iPad.
