How to use Wherewolf Data Analytics

Wherewolf includes powerful data analytics and market research tools. Click on the ‘Discover’ tab of your dashboard to explore a complete breakdown of your guests – you can adjust the filters to various time spans, activities, locations, age, demographics, and more.

First, locate the "Discover" tab of your Analytics

Here you can apply filters to hone in on specific data sets – apply the filters you need, and click "Get Guests"

This will give you all your matching guest data in graphs:

You can choose different graph types, export specific CSV data, or download specific graphs as PNG image files (shown below).

If this is your first time using this feature, set your parameters as wide as possible and click ‘Get Guests’ for an overview of all the data that Wherewolf has captured from your customers. This will give you some idea of how you can use the analytics software!

Once you have your results you can download or export them for your own records, or create Mailchimp email campaigns.
