How to download my app for the first time

Downloading your iPad app only takes a few steps. Here’s what you’ll need beforehand:

– Your username and password 
– An Apple iPad, running on Apple-supported iOS versions.

Grab your iPad and access the Wherewolf Arrivals app here: https://itunes.apple.com/app/id1229524816

Install the app on your iPad.

We update the platform from time to time, so remember to tap Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store and set the Wherewolf app to ‘automatically download’.

Your iPad app is solely for your guests to complete waivers on. To review the guest data, visit your staff-facing dashboard. 

If this is your first time downloading and using Wherewolf, you are probably going to want to test it out for yourself and complete some waivers.

Go for it – just remember to delete the records afterwards so your data stays clean.

HAVING PROBLEMS WITH OLDER VERSIONS?

In some instances clients running older versions of Wherewolf may find their software is not compatible with the ipad app. If you attempt to login to the ipad app and see the following message:  "Your Wherewolf setup uses a different version of our app! Please refer to your installation email" Then please contact us at [e-mail] team and we will reply with custom installation instructions.
