When a guest on your ‘Active’ manifest has completed their experience, you must change their status to ‘finalised’.
This will remove them from your Active Manifest and record the guest's return time and automatically calculate the guest's total trip duration. In most instances, this will also add them to your follow-up email queue.
It's important that your guests are Finalised upon return, so your follow-up emails are sent and your Active Manifest is accurate.
To finalise the guest, find your guest in the manifest. The last column in the guest’s row should be the Status. Click on the status cell for the guest you wish to finalise.
Depending on how your dashboard has been configured, the guest will either automatically be finalised or you will be prompted to confirm.
The dialog that appears will indicate the duration for which the guest has been active. Click the Finalise button to confirm.
To finalise an entire tour group, you can use the filters above your guest list to apply specific activities or timeslots, then select "Finalise All/Bulk Finalise" at the bottom of the page.
This status is only critical to users with an Active Manifest.
