How can I use pre-arrival waivers without an integration?

Each Wherewolf user has a link to their waiver that can be completed any time. It's called a "generic link", since it can be used for any future activity and date!

It is hosted online with a unique URL for your business. It'll look like this: http://web.wherewolf.co.nz/<youruniqueID>

Follow the steps below to get your unique URL:

1.  Log in to the dashboard

2.  On the right side of the screen, click on the “Generic Links” button:

3.  In the pop-up, you will see your link to your Pre Arrival web form with a button on the far right for a generic QR code that can also be shared with your guests:

If we have integrated with your reservation software, consult a Wherewolf staff member before sharing this link (or your guest’s waivers will not be associated with the booking).

This link should only be used for testing, or sharing with guests who do not have a booking.
