If you need to find and retrieve a deleted guest, you can do this using Wherewolf's database. 'Deleted' is a Wherewolf waiver status for any waivers that need to be hidden from view.
We never completely remove waivers from your database.
If you 'deleted' a guest on accident, you can update the guest’s status to 'active' to bring them back to your Daily Manifest view and your Analytics.
Why are my waivers being deleted?
To do this, use the Search Guests functionality on your dashboard. Open your home screen and click on the Search button.
In the input field, start typing either your guest’s name or email address to initiate the search.
Your deleted guest will show up in the list with “crossed out” text, and you just need to change their status back to "active".
If you do not know which guest you deleted, you will need to use your Wherewolf Analytics to run a report with the filter of 'Deleted' status applied.
Once you have applied this filter and selected 'Get Guests', use the 'Download/Export' option to retrieve an Excel list of your deleted guests. You can then use fields like the date of their experience to identify the guest. Once you have their name, you can follow the instructions above.
