While your Arrival App works offline, the app needs internet connectivity to submit guest records to your Dashboard and daily manifest. The most likely reason why your guest records are not appearing in your Dashboard is that your iPad is not connected to the Internet.
Use the Wherewolf 'Search' button beside your daily manifest to search your entire database for any records that match the guest in question.
