The Wherewolf SMS text feature is available on our Equipped Tier, for guests with a reservation integration.

You must be collecting mobile phone numbers from your guests in the standard format to use this feature.

Wherewolf can send SMS reminders to guests before they arrive onsite, and invite them to complete their waivers before arrival. This can boost pre-arrival completion rates up to 98%, saving you precious time and resources on the day!

The pre-arrival waiver SMS can be configured to send at the time that suits you, and we can adjust the text message to suit your needs. Read more here.
