How To Update Or Change My Waiver

Depending on how customised your waiver app is, there are a few ways to edit or update your waiver.

To add or remove questions from your waiver, send your request to [e-mail].

To edit or update the terms of your waiver agreement, you may be able to do this yourself using the Settings > Activities section of your Wherewolf Assistant panel.

Depending on the customisations in your waiver app, you may see an error message on this page. At this point, you be asked to send any new waiver text to the Wherewolf support team and ask them to update the waiver for you.

We can show your terms as a single page of text with your required headers, bullet points, or highlighting; the guest must scroll to the bottom of this text and click to agree before proceeding. 

If you have clauses or parts of the text that need to be agreed to individually, we can display these on a separate page and require the guest to check all these points in order to continue. Just let our team know.
