To stop a follow-up email being sent, locate the "Automated Queue" section of your dashboard and select "View Queue".
We can see Craig is listed here, under "Upcoming entries that will be processed soon":
To cancel Craig's follow-up email, we simply select "Delete" beside his name.
Note: This does NOT delete the waiver, it ONLY deletes their email from the queue.
If you cannot find the guest in this queue, this may be because the automation has already sent based on the delay that was set.
