What happens if I change the dates of a booking?

a) If the booking is moved from a future date to another future date:

The waivers will be updated with the new date. Guests do not need to complete a new waiver.

b) If the booking is moved from a past date/time to a future date:

The waivers will be deleted and a new waiver link will be resent to the lead booker to ensure that the most current version of the waiver (questions, terms & conditions) is signed prior to participation.
