What is my Active Manifest?

The Active Guest Manifest is for operators who need to keep track of guests who are currently participating an activity vs those that have returned, such as for equipment rentals or self-guided tours.

Guests who are currently participating on a tour are marked with an "Active" status. When they have returned, this is changed to "Finalised". They'll disappear from the Active Manifest (but you can still find them on their Daily Manifest!).

This is great for operators who loan out equipment, or offer self-guided/multi-day tours as it also allows you to record the return time. You can make sure that the guests have returned, with everything, and on time!

When they return and you update their status to "Finalised", Wherewolf will automatically calculate their total duration onsite for you and prepare to send them a follow-up email. 

Follow the steps below to finalise your active guests:

1. Find the guest in your Active Guest Manifest
Open your dashboard by logging in.

Under Operations, click the Active button to enter your Active Guest Manifest.

2. Finalise the guest
Find your guest in the manifest. The last column in the guest’s row should be the Status. Click on the status cell for the guest you wish to finalise.

To finalise an entire tour group, you can use the filters above your guest list to apply specific activities or timeslots, then select "Finalise All Visible Guests" at the bottom of the page.

Your guest will now have a Return Time and Duration listed, and has successfully been finalised!
