To send or resend a waiver email to one of your reservations, your Wherewolf system must receive a prompt from your booking system.
The waivers cannot be prompted manually.
After we receive a prompt from your reservation system that a booking has been made, we send your waivers at the time specified by you (for example, this could be immediately from booking, or 5 days before arrival, etc).
If you need to send another prompt to our system to resend a waiver to a booking, this must be initiated in your reservation system.
This can be achieved by updating the guest's contact email address in your reservation system.
When Wherewolf receives this new information, the Wherewolf software will ensure the new recipient receives the waiver and will send the waiver in a new email or SMS.
