If you cancelled a booking or reservation and the guests have already completed waivers, the guest waivers will be allocated a status of "deleted". This will remove their details from any follow-up automations.
Why are my waivers being deleted?
You can still retrieve their waivers if required by following these instructions.
The pre-arrival waiver link will not accept any further waivers.
Cancelled bookings will not show in your Daily Manifest or in your Analytics unless specifically searched for.
