To update your credit card, payment method, or other billing details, just log in to assistant.getwherewolf.com with your account holders Wherewolf username and password.
- On the left-hand side select "Account" from the sidebar
- Then select "Billing" to update your credit card payment details
- Once your details have been updated then the system will automatically attempt to take any outstanding payments.
Note: You can also find this portal under 'Manage My Account' on your Wherewolf dashboard.
IMPORTANT: If your account is overdue by a long period of time then you may have exhausted out automatic payment retry attempts and your invoice will have been marked as unpaid. In this scenario you must contact our support or customer success team so that it can be reprocessed manually.
