What changes are free of charge?

Some waiver changes or updates are a complementary part of the subscription, and some changes will be quoted out to you. 

Cosmetic amendments to keep your app up-to-date are complementary; this includes edits to your follow-up email text, or replacing your terms and conditions, logo, and graphics.

Other changes are allocated development time. We have two hours per subscription, per year. 

These changes are related to the structure of your software (such as adding features, creating new activities, adding question pages, or adding questions that are dependent on other responses). Once you have exhausted your 2 hour limitation, development time is quoted at $90 per hour.
