What does the email look like?
The pre-arrival waiver email template looks like this (using your branding, logo, colours, images etc):
Check out the email above. You'll see that it contains:
- The name of the guest
- The activity that have been booked (if available)
- A link within the text to the waiver
- A visual button also linking to the waiver
- A QR code that will open the waiver in a web browser on their own device.

FAQ:
When does the email get sent?
This can be as immediately as your reservation system sends the booking data to Wherewolf, or we can base it on their arrival date.
Some operators prefer to send waivers out as soon as possible – others prefer to send the waiver close to the guest's actual tour date.
We will default to 7 days before the booking date, but you can ask us to change this any time.
Can the email/link be shared?
Yes, the link can be shared by your guests with all participants on that booking!
The email can be forwarded on to the other guests in that group, or the link/QR Code can be copied and pasted into other messages.
Can I send the waiver link manually if the guest cannot find their link email?
Yes, just follow these steps!
