Download a guest data CSV file using Dashboard 'Discovery' tools

Users can filter their data and download a CSV (spreadsheet) file using the Dashboard Discovery tools.

These exports contain much of the same guest data that is used to generate the PDF’s but in spreadsheet format and notably without T&C'S or Signatures (as the inclusion of this "heavy" data would prevent the file from being easily downloaded/opened).

1. Visit dashboard.wherewolf.co.nz

2. Click on the Analytics - Discover button

3. Select the relevant filters to include or exclude the guests that you wish to export and click the 'Get Guests' button

4. Once you are happy with the number and demographic of guests that were returned in the search Click the 'Download/Export; button

5. The download will be initiated and the file will be saved to your local device

6. Open the file in your choice of spreadsheet editor (MS Excel, Google Sheets etc).
