If Wherewolf is integrated with your reservation system, we have configured waivers around the activities listed.
If you edit or add activities to your reservation system, these activities will be brand-new to Wherewolf.
Therefore, they do not have waivers configured.
For us to integrate with this activity we need to know a few things:
- What questions we need to ask your guests
- What waiver terms/text to show them
- If there's anything odd we need to know about the booking process. For example, if they are booking a piece of equipment for a group of people, instead of booking per guest.
To ensure we're collecting waivers correctly for you, please provide as much information as possible and test any new activities.
We won't send waivers out to new activities automatically. We need to ensure the waivers are correct first.
