What are Unconfigured Activities?

If Wherewolf is integrated with your reservation system, we have configured waivers around the activities listed. When you add new activities to your reservation system, you'll be notified of new "unconfigured activities", and invited to update their waivers.

If you edit or add activities to your reservation system, these activities will be brand-new to Wherewolf. Therefore, they do not have waivers configured. 

You can add these yourself by following these instructions, or you can ask our team to do this for you if there are custom configurations involved.

We won't send waivers out to new activities automatically. We need to ensure the waivers are correct first.
