Find the waiver links for your bookings in Wherewolf. Check when the waivers were sent, find out if any waivers for your booking have been completed, or re-send waiver links to bookings.
On your Wherewolf Dashboard, the 'Search Bookings' function will search your bookings for details that match your search query.
You can enter the guest's name, email address, or reservation ID to locate their specific booking.
When you have identified the booking, you'll see 7 columns:
Start Time:
The time and date the guest has booked for.
Status:
The status of the booking.
At Wherewolf, we support the following list of statuses (which are typically sufficient):
-
Pending
(unpaid or partially paid) -
Active
(confirmed) -
Rebooked
(cancelled but linked to a new one) -
Deleted
(cancelled)
Note: By default, Wherewolf only honours "Active" bookings – but you can ask us to send emails and request waivers for bookings with the status "Pending" (please send requests for this to support@getwherewolf.com)
On the rare occasion that your reservation system does use more statuses, you will need to contact the support team to manage these accordingly.
