Search for bookings to resend pre-arrival waiver emails, get each booking's unique waiver link, see when pre-arrival waivers were sent to the guest, and view a summary of the booking data Wherewolf has received.
On your Wherewolf Dashboard, the 'Search Bookings' function will search your reservation data for details that match your query. You can enter the guest's name, email address, or reservation ID to locate their specific booking.
When you have identified the booking, you'll see 7 columns:
Start Time: The time and date the guest has booked for.
Status: The status of the booking.
Overview: The guest's name, pax number, activity, customer name/email/phone number.
Guests: The guests for that booking who have completed waivers.
Links: The waiver link for that booking. This link is the waiver link specific to that booking, if this link is opened then any submitted waivers will be connected to that booking and assigned to that group's activity and time. Each booking will also have it's own QR Code which guests can scan to open their booking-specific waiver link
Communications Sent: What we've already sent the guest, and when. You can click on this to send a reminder. It will also show if a waiver communication has not been sent, and why. For example, if the activity in your reservation system doesn't exist in Wherewolf, or if the email is not scheduled to send until closer to the tour date.
