If you think your emails are going to spam or junk folders, this article may help.
Junk/spam filters are controlled by the email service provider that the guest is subscribed with (GMail, Outlook, YahooMail, Microsoft Hotmail etc).
In some instances, these services can be unnecessarily harsh. This results in legitimate emails being sent to spam incorrectly and often for seemingly unknown reasons.
At Wherewolf, we go above and beyond to ensure the "sender reputation" (a score that an Internet Service Provider's assigns to organisations that send emails) is as high as possible.
We work closely with Google and Amazon Web Services to ensure the highest message deliverability rates possible.
Beyond this, we advise that guests check their Inbox & Spam/Junk folders regularly to ensure that they are not missing your messages
In the event a guest does identify a legitimate email falsely labelled as 'spam' they should click the "Not Spam" button.
This process helps to train their email system to categorise the emails correctly in the future.
