Junk/spam filter services are controlled by the email service provider that the guest is subscribed with (GMail, Outlook, YahooMail, Microsoft Hotmail etc).
In some instances these services can be unnecessarily harsh which results in legitimate emails being sent to spam incorrectly, often for seemingly unknown reasons.
At Wherewolf we go above and beyond to ensure the "sender reputation" (a score that an Internet Service Provider's assigns to organisations that sends email) is as high as possible and work together with Google and Amazon Web Services to ensure the highest message deliverability rates possible.
Beyond this we advise that guests check their Inbox & Spam/Junk folders regularly to ensure that they are not missing your messages
In the event a guest does identify a legitimate email falsely labelled as spam they should click the "Not Spam" button, as this process helps to train their email system to not falsely miss categorise the emails again in the future.
