You can customize the automations sent to your guests directly from your Dashboard:
How to Access & Edit Your Automation Templates:
- Log in to your Dashboard: https://dash.getwherewolf.com
- Navigate to Settings > Communications > Communication Templates
- Here you'll see a list of your automations
- Click on the automation you wish to edit
Editing Your Automation:
Once inside the automation editor, you can:
- Update the Name of the email
- Update the Email Subject (this is the subject line your guests will see)
- Update the Header
- Edit the Email Message content
- 'Send Proof' to send a test copy of the email to the inbox of the user account you are logged in with.
You can also personalize the message using dynamic Tags.
Using Tags
Tags automatically pull information from your guest records to personalize each message. When the automation is sent, these tags are replaced with the actual guest or booking information.
Simply drag and drop tags from the right-hand list into the message editor.

Enabling Your Automations
Once you're happy with the wording in your automation template, you will be ready to enable the automated email. To do this:
- Log in to your Dashboard: https://dash.getwherewolf.com
- Navigate to Settings > Communications
- Click into the automation you wish to enable
- Click on the toggle next to 'Disabled' to enable
