With your pre-arrival digital waiver, you have access to an extension of your check-in app from any web browser as a webform!
This feature is available on all tiers, with options for self-customisation.
How to use the pre-arrival waiver:
- 1) If we're integrated with your booking system, the waiver can be pre-filled with data from the reservation and sent automatically to the guest – the guests simply need to enter their personal information and share their unique waiver link with their party. More on that here.
- If we are not integrated with your reservation system, you can send the generic pre-arrival waiver link to your guests. Simply copy and paste this into your booking confirmation emails, SMS, or reservations homepage.
- Use your unique QR Code for guests to scan the waiver and open it up on their own devices. You can send this out ahead of time, or have them displayed at your arrival location.
