Your Automated Queue shows everyone who is waiting for their next automated steps.
This can be their follow-up email, pre-arrival waiver email, an SMS, their record being shared to Mailchimp, or their waiver being sent to your reservation system.
You can also see the last 200 processed automations to look back on what has been completed recently.
You shouldn't need to do too much in here, as it's all automated, but it's useful to be familiar with this tool in case you need to check that an email was sent to a customer, if a guest record was sent to a third party, or if you wish to cancel a follow-up email
