Showing pages (conditionally)
If you want page to appear based on a certain condition (ie. only when a guest selects specific activity)
Open the page you created.
Click Add Display Condition.
3. In the popup, define the following 'conditions'
The type of data
When it should be shown
-
The specific value that should trigger the condition
The changes will automatically save once you click anywhere on your screen.
Answer validation
Some pages allow you to set 'rules' that prevent the guest proceeding to the next question if their answer hasn't met the requirements.
Some examples include: Name (First & Last), Age (min/max), Height (min/max) ect.
Additional Actions & Group 'Looping'
Some pages have special features that are specific to their use. In these page you will see tool to help control the waiver.
Some examples: Age (flag guest as 'minor' if under a certain age)
For certain pages, you can elect to use the answer given by the first guest in a group for subsequent waivers completed under the same session (ie. activity, where from, where hear about). This helps to speed up the signing process for other in the group and avoid repetition (where you believe they would have provided the same answers).
Testing your changes
1. Select the Launch Waivers tab in the left menu and click the waiver link (to open the waiver)
2. Complete the waiver paying attention to the page changes that were made and ensuring the rest of the waiver still behaves as desired (correct questions, correct terms, wavier can be submitted etc).
3. Review the waiver to ensure the data is correctly displayed in the dashboard, wavier record and in any integrations that may display this data.
